    From a rehearsal tape by this Sydney band, featuring pre-Throb / pre-Masters Apprentices Denny and Colin Burgess. Also included Percy and Carl, surnames unknown. Originally a hit for Cliff Richard.

    Versatile Sydney band; this song appeared on their On Your Mark, Jet Set, Go Go LP in 1966 and as the B-side of Bill Bailey in ‘67. Both very rare releases; Millar disappeared from view not long after.

    Perhaps best known as co-writer of The Mixtures’ ‘Pushbike Song’ with his brother Idris. Evan Jones was a member of 60s Adelaide band The Gingerbread Men, and also released the solo single ‘Little Black Spider’, of which this is the B-side. He still occasionally records and works as an artist under the name James Evan Jones.
